The seafarers’ can view their pay slips online as well as their registered allottees.

The seafarers can send gifts, flowers, stuffed toys, etc. to their loved ones while they are at sea through TDGCM with hassle-free terms of payment.    

With the untiring support of its Principals, TDGCM implements various CREW MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS such as: 

TDG Seafarers of the Year (SOTY) Award
The SOTY award is given to TDGCM seafarers who exemplify the TDG Core Values of excellence, community, fairness, integrity and stewardship.  It is held annually and conferred during the celebration of TDG Day. 

Officers’ Dialogue 
This activity provides a venue for discourse for our senior and junior officers on contemporary issues in the ship manning business, Principal-specific policies and an opportunity for interchange of ideas among them.

Crew Health Care and Savings Program
These incentives are given by specific Principals to active and loyal crew.
