Where It All Began

The story of TDG Crew Management Inc. (TDGCM) began in 1979, under the name Dolphin Ship Management Inc. (DOLSHIP). What started as a modest venture in the Philippine crewing industry has grown into one of the country’s most trusted names in providing skilled Filipino seafarers to the global maritime industry.
